What To Include

  • Your device model and iOS version.
  • The app version and build number.
  • Whether you were playing locally or in an online room.
  • A short description of what happened and what you expected.

Online Rooms

If you have trouble joining an online room, confirm that:

  • You are signed in with Apple on the device.
  • iCloud is enabled for the device.
  • You entered the room code exactly as shared.
  • All players are using the latest available version of the app.
